OptiCool Named to CRN’s 2026 Data Center 50

OptiCool is proud to be recognized in CRN’s 2026 Data Center 50, a list highlighting the companies driving innovation across the rapidly evolving data center ecosystem.

Each year, CRN identifies organizations shaping the future of digital infrastructure—from cloud and networking to power, cooling, and data center services. As demand for AI, cloud computing, and high-performance workloads accelerates, the companies on this list represent the technologies enabling the next phase of digital growth.

According to IT research firm Gartner, global spending on data center systems is projected to reach $653 billion in 2026, a 32 percent increase year over year, as organizations continue investing in infrastructure to support AI and next-generation computing.

Supporting the Next Generation of High-Density Infrastructure

OptiCool’s inclusion reflects the growing importance of efficient cooling in modern data centers.

The company develops two-phase pumped refrigerant cooling systems designed to support high-density compute environments while reducing energy consumption. OptiCool’s fourth-generation Delta4T technology uses refrigerant as the primary heat sink rather than relying on traditional chilled-water systems, enabling more efficient heat removal and lower power usage.

Its modular rear-door heat exchanger (RDHx) architecture supports densities up to 120 kW per rack, helping operators deploy AI and GPU workloads without major facility redesigns. The systems are designed to deliver significant energy savings while maintaining reliable performance in demanding environments.

OptiCool joins a diverse group of companies recognized on the CRN list, including global cloud providers, networking leaders, and specialized infrastructure innovators helping define the future of the data center industry.

Advancing the Infrastructure Behind AI

As computing demands continue to rise, cooling is becoming one of the most critical components of data center design. Recognition in the CRN Data Center 50 highlights OptiCool’s role in enabling more efficient, scalable infrastructure to support the next generation of AI and high-performance workloads.
