Refrigerant Pumps – Outdoor DX
The RPC pumps refrigerant to the RDHx cooling fans and rejects the extracted heat to an outdoor direct expansion (DX) unit.
Best-in-class precision cooling
The RPC supplies refrigerant for up to 40 active heat exchange (AHX) units. It is a highly reliable, oil-free, non-toxic, non-conductive, and non-corrosive closed loop system.
The primary loop is connected to an outdoor direct expansion (ODX) unit for external heat rejection, utilizing R-410A refrigerant.
The secondary loop supplies R-513A. refrigerant to AHX units which are mounted on the racks’ rear doors, or above the racks for aisle containment designs. With a maximum distance of 185 feet between the RPC and the AHX units, the RPC can be placed at the end-of-aisle or in an adjacent room to free up floor space.
