With a 1.5MW (1,500kW) heat capacity, the CDU-M15 efficiently supplies regulated, contaminant-free chilled water to to downstream IT cooling systems.
Whether it’s supporting direct-to-chip (DTC, also known as DLC or direct liquid cooling), immersion cooling, or rear door heat exchangers, the CDU-M15 is ideal for maintaining performance and uptime for high powered CPUs, GPUs, and ASICs.
